In October 2016, delicious. turned 15 so Matt Preston threw us a party! With glorious views of the Harbour Bridge and Walsh Bay as our backdrop, guests joined us for a night to remember complete with oysters, delicious smoked meats from the Pier One food truck, Dal Zotto wines, 4 Pines beer and specialty cocktails from the Pimm’s bar. delicious. chefs, writers and contributors mingled together as they sipped on classic Pimm’s cocktails, Singleton malt whisky old fashioneds and even Tanqueray & tonics.
