Martin Teplitzky
Chef, author, cooking school owner
His career has spanned 30 years, including being named chef of the year twice, owning restaurants and running his own cooking school in Wahroonga, Sydney, called Take 2 Eggs.
His culinary prowess is no surprise, given it’s in his genes – his mum Gretta Anna Teplitzky was a well-known chef in the ’60s and ’70s.
Joining forces with her, Martin recently launched a book called The Best of Gretta Anna with Martin Teplitzky.
