A cheese board is a great addition to a buffet, because it's so easy to prepare.

500-750g wedge Ashgrove Mature Cheddar
1 small wheel Meredith Blue
250g square King Island Dairy Stormy washed rind

Method

1.

500-750g wedge Ashgrove Mature Cheddar: This cheese is made using a traditional cheddar method and is matured for a minimum of 12 months. It has a firm, slightly open texture and a distinct fruity tang.
2.

1 small wheel Meredith Blue: Made from pure ewe’s milk, this cheese has a sweet herbaceous flavour, and is at its best when soft and satiny.
3.

250g square King Island Dairy Stormy washed rind: This cheese has a rich, buttery, mild yet sweet flavour and a thin tangerine-coloured rind, dusted in a white mould.
