- 1/4 cup Woolworths Select Light Cream Cheese
- 1/4 cup thickened cream
- 1 sliced strawberry
- Gold Strawberry Jam

1.Finely crush 3 Woolworths Bakery Mini Shortbread Biscuits. Spoon half the crumbs into the base of a clean 3/4 cup capacity jar. Beat 1/4 cup Woolworths Select Light Cream Cheese with 1/4 cup thickened cream until creamy and smooth. Spoon half the cream mixture into the jar over crumbs.

2.Lay 1 sliced strawberry on top and cover with a little warm Gold Strawberry Jam. Repeat layers. Secure lid.
