It would be rude not to indulge in a Dark and Stormy once in a while. Balance the robust flavour of rum with fresh lime and tangy ginger beer. Perfect for the end of a hot day - preferably when a southerly is finally cooling things down.
Ingredients (5)
- 30ml Bundaberg Rum Small Batch
- Bundaberg Ginger Beer
- Half a lime, cut into wedges
- Garnish with half a lime, cut into 2 wedges
- Crushed ice
Don't forget you can add these ingredients to your Woolworths shopping list.

1.Fill a tall glass with crushed ice

2.Cut lime in half then squeeze the juice over ice, dropping the lime wedges in the glass as garnish

3.Add ginger beer, almost to the rim

4.Top with 30ml Bundaberg Rum Small Batch & let the rum roll down through the ice.
