Elderflower, cucumber and mint - this easy-on-the-palate cocktail is a cinch to prepare and tastes sublime. Serve this ice-cold, and get creative with the presentation. Thinly slice cucumbers into ribbons and “wrap” around the inside of the tumbler, or freeze your mint leaves in ice cubes for something a little different.
Ingredients (6)
- 30ml Gordon’s London Dry Gin
- 1 tbsp Elderflower Cordial
- 1 Mint sprig
- 2 Cucumber slices
- Soda Water
- Ice
