Experience this crowd-pleasing dessert that will entertain your family and friends all summer long.
Ingredients (4)
- 4 egg yolks
- 1/4 cup (55g) caster sugar
- 100ml coconut liqueur
- Fresh fruit (such as rockmelon, peaches, nectarines, pineapple, strawberries, blueberries and golden or regular raspberries), to serve

1.Place the egg yolks, sugar and coconut liqueur in a heatproof bowl. Place the bowl over a saucepan of barely simmering water (don't let the bowl touch the water), then whisk gently to combine. Continue whisking for 5-6 minutes until very light and fluffy. Remove from the heat.

2.Arrange the fresh fruit on a platter and serve with the warm sabayon.
