Since opening in 2013, Sake continues to dish up delightful and modern Japanese cuisine.
From the signature kingfish — paper thin slivers of sashimi dressed with yuzu soy, jalapeno slices and a flourish of coriander — to the equally adored steamed prawn dumplings with shumai and ponzu dressing, there are few restaurants that have retained their relevance and consistency in quite the same way as this cutting-edge Japanese eatery.
Since opening in 2013, four more Sake outposts have opened interstate and plans are now underway to expand the brand with Sake Jr. – a fast-food offshoot in the CBD designed to cater to the pushed-for-time lunch crowd.
