Chef Kobi Ruzika’s tasting menu is a bucket-list dining experience. The meal begins with a series of clever, artfully arranged morsels or snacks that look almost too beautiful to eat. The menu is written on the wall in chalk each day, with minimalistic descriptions: ‘Turnip’, ‘Pumpkin’, and ‘Squid’. Letting Ruzika do his thing never disappoints and there is something lovely about not quite knowing what’s going to land on the table next. Wines are a mix of local and international, all made with minimal intervention.
