PM Eat and Drink started as a tiny restaurant with a big idea: fresh seafood and other produce, simply but beautifully cooked. All pale timber and large-scale monochrome murals, it’s a lovely space to escape the city heat and hustle for a quick lunch or an extended series of share plates. If you’re taking your time, choose from small plates of fresh, mostly local, seafood, light salads and vegetable dishes. The grilled NT calamari with tomato and hummus is recommended. There are wines aplenty, including a smattering from Spain, Argentina and France.
