Lucy is the project manager of the annual delicious. Produce Awards, working with leading chefs and restaurateurs such as Matt Moran and Guillaume Brahimi to unearth and celebrate Australia’s finest produce.

Lucy is also a partner in Straight To The Source an innovative business that designs and runs unique behind-the-scenes food experiences for industry and passionate foodies.

With over 20 years experience in the food industry, Lucy’s career highlights include owning and managing three award-winning restaurants in Sydney, Australia with business partner and chef Luke Mangan, and co-founding the not-for-profit Appetite for Excellence, a national restaurant industry awards program recognizing emerging chef, waiter and restaurateur talent.

Lucy participates in globally recognised Australian food events, such as Margaret River Gourmet Escape and Noosa International Food and Wine Festival. Lucy is also a judge for the Appetite for Excellence Young Restaurateur Award, and is studying for her Masters of Gastronomic Tourism.
