Mitchell recently completed a Master of Publishing degree and has always had a love for all things food related. He prefers to eat more than he does to cook, but that’s probably because he doesn’t like to do the washing up. When not thinking about food, he’s often searching online for information and photos about architecture and heritage houses, got his head in a book or playing with his dog, Buddy.

He considers Matt Preston his personal style icon and can usually be found at home drinking tea, watching Nigella Lawson’s cooking shows or The Great British Bake Off and wishing he could have afternoon tea with Mary Berry.
