How to use up a turkey roast

Loads of leftover roast turkey from your Christmas roast? Reheated bird can often turn dry, so simmer it gently into a turkey curry instead.

When preparing your roast spuds, don’t throw away the peels. This vegetable peel soup may sound a little weird, but Hugh swears you’ll be converted.

Carrots are cheap as chips, so roast away, knowing that any leftovers can be blitzed into a lovely naturally-sweet vegetable dip.
