The pastry chef shares her favourite baking tunes

It’s hard to avoid Anna Polyviou these days – and that’s a damn good thing. The renowned pastry chef, who has completely revamped the sweets offering at The Shangri-La, Sydney, is famous for her inventive, impeccably plated desserts, and her collaborations with fab partners like Katherine Sabbath and N2 Gelato. In 2011, she founded The Sydney Pastry Chef Club, for up-and-coming pastry chefs. So yep, Anna’s hella busy – so she needs an upbeat, energetic playlist to crank up in the kitchen. And here it is.
