The best bruschetta

It's a big call, but we think it really is the best!
Ingredients (6)
- 2 red capsicums, roasted, peeled, finely diced
- 1/2 tbs chopped rosemary leaves, plus a few extra sprigs to garnish
- 1 tbs olive oil, plus extra to drizzle
- 4 slices ciabatta bread
- 1 garlic clove, halved
- 125g goat’s cheese
Don't forget you can add these ingredients to your Woolworths shopping list.

1.Place the capsicum in a large bowl and add the rosemary and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and toss to combine. Set aside.

2.Place the ciabatta in the toaster and toast until golden. Rub ciabatta with the garlic and drizzle with a little extra olive oil.

3.Spread the goat’s cheese over the ciabatta and top with capsicum mixture. Serve immediately.
