This recipe works best when berries are at their peak – not only do they taste better, but they’ll be less expensive, too! Not all coconut yoghurts are created equal. Some are overloaded with sugar and too many ingredients, so look out for a good-quality, delicious-tasting one. Ingredients (8)

  • 3 tablespoons black chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
  • Handful of coconut flakes
  • 75g (3/4 cup) toasted granola
  • 4 strawberries, hulled and halved
  • Handful of blueberries, raspberries & mint leaves

Maple yoghurt

  • 90g coconut yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

Method

  • 1.
    Toss the granola ingredients together, then tip into your lunchbox.
  • 2.
    Combine the maple yoghurt ingredients in a small jar or container with a tight-fitting lid. Spoon the maple yoghurt over the granola just before serving.
