Coated with dukkah, these eggs are guaranteed to spice up your breakfast.

Ingredients (5)

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cups dukkah
  • 1 tablespoon harissa paste, or to taste
  • 1 cup (280g) thick Greek yoghurt

Don't forget you can add these ingredients to your Woolworths shopping list.

Method

  • 1.
    Peel the eggs and brush with the olive oil. Roll the eggs in the dukkah.
  • 2.
    To serve, swirl the harissa through the yoghurt. Quarter the eggs and serve with the yoghurt for dipping.
