Quick bircher muesli with raspberry sauce
Kick-start your day: Nutritious and filling, this muesli makes an ideal breakfast for active people.
Ingredients (9)
- 2 1/4 cups (200g) rolled oats
- 100g mixed nuts (such as almonds, macadamias and pistachios), chopped
- 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
- 50g mixed dried fruits (such as cherries, cranberries, sultanas and raisins)
- 1 red apple, cored, grated
- 2 cups (500ml) apple juice
- 1 cup (280g) low-fat Greek yoghurt
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 120g punnet raspberries
Don't forget you can add these ingredients to your Woolworths shopping list.

1.Place the oats, nuts, sunflower seeds, dried fruits, apple, juice and yoghurt in a bowl. Stir well to combine, then allow to soak for 15 minutes until softened slightly.

2.Meanwhile, place the honey and raspberries (reserving a few to serve) in a blender and whiz until smooth.

3.Divide the bircher muesli among serving bowls and top with a drizzle of raspberry sauce. Serve garnished with the reserved raspberries.
