Anastasia Miari

Anastasia is a writer based between Athens and London. She travelled the world, from Corfu to Cuba, Moscow to Madrid, for five years to cook with and interview grannies. The result is her book Grand Dishes: time perfected recipes and stories from grandmothers of the world.

Her new book, γιαγια : Regional recipes and stories from Greece’s grandmothers, will be published by Hardie Grant in 2023.
