Anooska Tucker-Evans

With initials spelling ATE, it was almost fate that Anooska Tucker-Evans should have a career in food.

Growing up eating the likes of pate or triple cream brie on toast for breakfast, her gourmet tastes developed early. And for the past decade she has bravely and courageously taken on the difficult task of getting paid to eat for a living, writing for The Courier-Mail, The Sunday Mail and delicious.

Anooska also emcees numerous foodie events across Queensland including Regional Flavours and Noosa Food and Wine Festival.

Away from work, she’s also an avid cook, baker and cocktail maker, plus a dedicated gym junkie as she fights the losing battle of trying to burn off all those restaurant meals.
