The celebrity chef and owner of Billykart Kitchen in Brisbane became a household name thanks to his cooking show Surfing The Menu, alongside Curtis Stone.

He’s released several cookbooks, been an ambassador for Jamie’s Ministry of Food, and until recently he co-owned South Bank Surf Club which was awarded “Best Casual Dining” in the Courier Mail Queensland Food & Wine Guide Awards.
