Cameron Matthews, former Head Chef from the award-winning Long Apron Restaurant at Spicers Clovelly Estate is the new Spicers Executive Chef of the Hunter Valley. Cam has had a long and successful career in the kitchen. Formerly the Head Chef at the Long Apron & Executive Chef of the Spicers Queensland Restaurants.
