The delicious. contributor juggles her time between food writing and styling, and looking after the demands of her restauraunt Eat Me that she co-owns in Bangkok.

At her home in the Barossa Valley, South Australia, she has an organic fruit and vegetable garden which inspires many of the blends for her tea range.

Her food-fuelled career has seen her appear on radio and television, and she’s a passionate ambassador for Meat Free Week, Australia.
