Daniella Guevara Munoz

Daniella Guevara, originally from Mexico City, realised how poorly her homeland was represented in the Adelaide food sceneand decided to change careers and share her passion by hosting pop-up dinners in her home under the name of Mi Mero Mole. Guevara continued this endeavour for approximately five years, amassing a dedicated following along the way. In 2017, with the support of Renew Adelaide, she established La Popular Taqueria in Port Adelaide. In 2021, La Popular Taqueria was honoured with the Eat Easy award for Australia’s best dining.
