Eun Hee An is a Korean-born chef who is the co-collaborator behind some of Australia’s most popular Korean cuisine. After training at Le Cordon Bleu and honing her skills at Claude’s under Chui Lee Luk, the chef opened her own enterprise with her partner, Ben Sears, starting up Sydney and Melbourne restaurants Paper Bird, Moon Park and Moon Mart.
