Gareth Whitton is an expert pastry chef who led the pastry section for restaurants such as Dinner By Heston Blumenthal and Quay. Whitton co-founded Tarts Anon with his partner Catherine Way during the Melbourne lockdowns, and together they now lead two hugely successful bakeries.

In 2023, Whitton was the winner of TV show Dessert Masters.
