Helly Raichura is chef and owner of the much celebrated, Indian fine diner in Melbourne, Enter Via Laundry. Helly started her journey by hosting dinners at home for small groups, introducing Melbourne to regional Indian cuisine.

After gaining popularity in the Melbourne food scene, Helly and her home restaurant was featured in Masterchef Australia in 2020, where Helly appeared as a guest judge. She co-hosted India Unplated alongside Adam D’Sylva and Sandeep Pandit, and appears regularly as a guest chef for The Cook Up with Adam Liaw.
