Murray River local Lauren Mathers, her husband Lachlan and their children Lucy, Frida and George are the family behind Bundarra Berkshires Free Range Pork, on the outskirts of Barham. Occupying 80 postcard-perfect hectares of sustainably farmed land in the western Murray, their company is known for its handcrafted farmstead charcuterie and smallgoods, all available – alongside local cheeses, eggs and relish – at The Little Deli in Barham.
