Natalie is a Champagne specialist based in Sydney. A former lawyer, Natalie now travels frequently to the Champagne region to meet with Champagne houses and growers to uncover the latest developments, both in the vineyard and the cellars.

Natalie is WSET3 qualified and has undertaken the Wine Scholar Guild Champagne Master-Level Intensive in Reims. She is a firm believer that there is a perfect Champagne pairing for any dish, and regularly hosts events to demonstrate that Champagne is so much more than just an apéritif!
