Nelly Robinson is the head chef and owner of Sydney’s nel. restaurant.

Beginning his career at Michelin-starred restaurant Northcote Manor in the UK at 15 years old, he was trained by chef patron Nigel Haworth.

At age 22 he was named head chef at Stanley House before making the move to Australia where he opened his own restaurant at the tender age of 29.
