Nick Moyle
Nick is a writer and graphic designer living in Somerset, England, where he grows and forages for ingredients to turn into drinks. He is one half of the digging and swigging duo, Two Thirsty Gardeners, and the author of two books, Brew it Yourself and Wild Tea.
Nick has judged beer and cider at several international competitions but prefers drinking them in one of his local pubs with a packet of crisps and a pickled egg. At night he worries that he might be developing a taste for very expensive whisky.
