Author of several books including Jakarta Bites, a best-selling cookery book published in Indonesia, Petty has written for international publications including the onboard publication “Colours’ of national airline Garuda Indonesia, the Four Seasons International hotel group magazine, the Jakarta Globe Newspaper, Now Jakarta, a travel and tourism magazine and Wanderlust magazine UK.
