Simon is an Australian photographer living in Stockholm, Sweden. Many years of being a keen photographer while working as a chef and food stylist led him to photography as a profession. In 2019, Simon won the One Vision Imaging Cream of the Crop category at the Pink Lady Food Photographer of the Year awards.

Simon has authored four cookbooks on Nordic, Baltic and Maltese cuisines with Hardie Grant Publishing. He also regularly contributes editorial pieces to food and travel magazines.

He is a father and husband, and loves spending time in the water and mountains.
