Tessa James (born 17 April 1991) is an Australian actress who is best known for the role of Nicole Franklin in the Australian soap opera Home and Away. Tessa also had roles in Beaconsfield (2012) and Neighbours (1985) and a lead role in an Australian short film Hugo.

In December 2010, James became engaged to professional rugby league footballer Nate Myles. The pair wed on 23 December 2011. In 2014, James was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s lymphoma and returned to the Gold Coast, Queensland to be with her husband and to receive treatment. February 2015 marked the end of her chemotherapy treatment for the Hodgkins disease.

Tessa and Nate now live in Sydney on the Northern Beaches. Nate will be making his debut for Manly in 2016 with Tessa still perusing her acting career in Australia and LA.
