Tracey Pattison has had a global food publishing industry career for over 28 years as Food Editor, Food Stylist, and sought-after Recipe Writer for magazines and cookbook publishers. Creating alongside celebrity chefs and food industry leaders including Jamie Oliver, Donna Hay, CSIRO and the Mayo Clinic.
After college, she worked at the Sydney Seafood School, alongside chefs such as Matt Moran, Tetsuya and Chris Manfield, then went on to build an impressive career in magazines spanning the UK (Food & Travel, Food Editor; BBC Good Food, Olive), Middle East, (Timeout Dubai, Restaurant Reviewer; Gulf News, Food Editor) and Australia (Australian Table Magazine; Recipes+, Food Editor) to name a few.
She’s also published three best-selling cookbooks with Murdoch Books.
Of Irish and European ancestry, Tracey cites “food is in my DNA”.
