Caitlin Welsh is the Assistant Editor of delicious. She was previously the Australian editor of Mashable, where she once blasted a raw chicken with a hairdryer and recreated the ram-don from ‘Parasite’ in the name of internet food science. Before that, she could be found writing about music for Guardian Australia and The Sydney Morning Herald, editing taste tests at CHOICE, and covering TV, film and culture on Junkee.

In her spare time she sees (and books) live music around Sydney, plays some of the city’s most chaotic DJ sets, makes experimental midnight snacks and waits patiently for Meyer lemon season. She is perpetually on the hunt for the best bars to read in quietly, by herself.
