When not at home cooking up a storm to disco beats, you’ll find him online researching obscure and long-forgotten cocktail recipes, food and drinks history, trends and almost anything to do with whisky and his spiritual homeland, Scotland (a favourite topic of conversation).

He takes his drinks seriously (and strong), and when not opening bottles of Champagne through sabrage, he prefers his favourite cocktail, the Manhattan, with two cherries.
