Kirsten is one of Australia’s most celebrated and internationally acclaimed pastry chefs and chocolatiers. She’s passionate about all things chocolate & patisserie, and founded Savour School to share that passion.

When she’s not writing sell-out cookbooks, filming episodes of The Chocolate Queen TV show or making MasterChef contestants squirm with her wickedly wonderful challenges, Kirsten loves spending time with her family and escaping to the beautiful Yarra Valley whenever she gets the chance.
