Martin Boetz

This year, Martin took on the role of NSW state judge in the delicious. Produce Awards. The chef has become known and respected for his fresh take on Asian food.

After stints honing his skills at various restaurants, in 1999 he notably took the plunge and co-launched Longrain Restaurant and Bar in Sydney’s Surry Hills. Thanks to its success, this has been followed by the launch of Longrain Melbourne, and the rave reviews keep coming.

Most recently, Martin has channeled his passion for quality produce into his agricultural project, the Cooks Co-op, which gives restaurants access to the best of the best ingredients.
