Paulette Whitney is a respected horticulturalist and market gardener based in Tasmania/lutruwita. Along with her family, Whitney runs regenerative market garden and edible plant nursery Provenance Growers, just outside of Hobart.

In 2024,  Whitney published her debut book Broccoli & Other Love Stories: Notes and Recipes from an Always Curious, Often Hungry Kitchen Gardener (Murdoch Books).
