Born to French parents, Sabine has been flying in and out of Europe since she was three years old. She plans her holidays around good food and wine, often booking restaurants before figuring out where she’ll sleep.

Travelling looks a little different now with her daughter in tow, as Sabine swaps stilettos for sneakers and bar hopping with 5am strolls. Her bucket list includes snorkelling with turtles, frolicking with flamingos in Aruba and exploring the historic city of Petra.
