Samuel is the Food Copy Editor across the Food Group at Immediate Media, working across BBC Good Food, olive and Easy Cook. Prior to this, he was Food Editor and subsequently Acting Food Director for the Life & Style and Homes portfolios at Future (previously TI Media). He worked titles such as woman&home, Homes & Gardens, Ideal Home, Livingetc, Country Homes & Interiors and Woman’s Weekly.

He has over 10 years’ experience working in the food and drink industry as an editor, writer, educator and cook. He has written features and recipes, developed recipes, and styled shoots for national and international publications such as Waitrose Kitchen, Australian Delicious, and the LAD Bible Group.
