Tristan Lutze

Tristan is a Sydney-based food and travel writer, recipe creator and restaurant reviewer whose work can be found in many of Australia’s top food publications.
He is enthusiastic about learning how food is created, and has recently returned to Sydney after owning a small farm with his partner, raising livestock and growing his own produce.
As well as having worked in a number of professional kitchens, he created a pop-up diner-themed food stall at Carriageworks in 2018, inspired by his extensive travels across the USA.
