Chef Annita Potter worked in Bangkok for the last seven years before recently returning to Sydney. After joining David Thompson’s team at Nahm in London and then moving between Singapore, Australia, London and Hong Kong setting up David’s new restaurant projects, Annita worked as Thompson’s executive chef. Now based in Sydney, Annita is offering her own exciting renditions of Thai food at Viand.

At 38 years old, Perth-born Annita has become one of the leading chefs in the global Thai restaurant scene. Viand is her Thai supper club pop-up where diners have the chance to experience and enjoy for the first time her vibrantly spirited food and her exciting culinary travels in Sydney.
