Segundo Farrell spent considerable time learning the art of fire cooking with Latin American food legend Francis Mallmann. His approach champions the regional produce which abounds in the Southern Highlands to create a generous and seasonally led menu which feeds the soul.

Utilising his skills of cooking over fire, Segundo brings a sense of theatre to Osborn House.
