Chimichurri

This herby and tart sauce is the perfect way to cut through a thick marbled steak.
Ingredients (9)
- 1 bunch rosemary, leaves picked, finely chopped
- 1 bunch thyme, leaves picked, finely chopped
- 1 bunch flat-leaf parsley, leaves picked, finely chopped
- 1/2 bunch sage, leaves picked, finely chopped
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup (125ml) canola oil
- 1/4 cup (60ml) red wine vinegar
Don't forget you can add these ingredients to your Woolworths shopping list.

1.Combine herbs, paprika, chilli and garlic in a bowl. Gradually add oil and vinegar until combined. Season with salt flakes and freshly ground black pepper.
