Segundo Farrell shares how to make one of Osborn House's most iconic cocktails.
Ingredients (7)
- 2 tbs caster sugar
- 1/4 cup (60ml) tequila
- 1/4 cup (60ml) Aperol
- 1/4 cup (60ml) lemon juice
- 30ml egg white
- Ice cubes
- Orange peel, to garnish
Don't forget you can add these ingredients to your Woolworths shopping list.

1.Place sugar and 2 tbs boiling water in a bowl. Stir until sugar dissolves. Transfer to a cocktail shaker. Add tequila, Aperol, lemon juice and egg white, and shake for 30 seconds. Add ice to shaker, shaking until well chilled. Strain into serving glasses. Garnish with orange peel.
