American Express delicious. Month Out is back on the menu for 2023! The month-long event will return to Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne and Adelaide this May, with a smorgasbord of events from high teas, brunches and long lunches to dinner parties and soirees.

Once again, American Express delicious. Month Out will feature some of the hottest talent in hospitality, with special menus curated by Anna Polyviou, Alex Prichard, Ben Williamson, Orazio D’Elia, Billy Hannigan and more.

Sunday Session: Brunch with NBF
Date: Sunday, April 30 
Time: 9am – 11am
For one morning only, North Bondi Fish will throw open its doors for the ultimate seaside breakfast. Sunday Session: Long Lunch with Da Orazio

Join Da Orazio and delicious. for a long lunch celebrating the four seasons. In honour of the restaurant’s first anniversary since reopening, the produce-driven menu from chef Orazio D’Elia will take diners on a full turn around the sun, complete with four courses and arrival cocktail.

For the official launch party of the 2023 American Express delicious. Month Out, we’re channelling the essence of 1970s disco on the Italian Riviera. For one night only, Icebergs will transform into a beachside discoteca inspired by the clubs that paved the way for Studio 54 – progressive, opulent and more than a little hedonistic, this was where the beautiful and the famous came to party. Cabaret Soiree at The Charles
Date: Wednesday, May 3

European-style grand brasserie The Charles and its sophisticated late-night basement lounge are hosting an access-all-areas evening to remember. Start in the Charles Bar with welcome drinks, canapes and dazzling entertainment to whet your appetite, before moving through to the Grand Brasserie for a two-course feast. The evening ends downstairs in Tiva, for dessert and a night of curated live performances.

All Fired Up: Five Chefs Take Over Agnes

Experience a tribute to culinary collaboration and woodfired cooking at this one-off dinner at Agnes. Overseen by Agnes chef and co-owner Ben Williamson, head chefs from sAme sAme, Biànca, Agnes, hôntô and Agnes Bakery will serve up a multi-course menu designed to highlight the allure of cooking with fire.

Cutler & Co. will stage the ultimate culinary class reunion, as four luminaries from Trader House come together where it all began. Three prominent Cutler & Co. alumni will join head chef Jordan Clavaron at the fine-dining flagship, for an all-star dinner from the group that has gone on to give us Gimlet at Cavendish House, Cumulus Inc., Supernormal, Marion and more.
