Perched above Supernormal Brisbane, Bar Miette is a European-inspired terrace bar with views over the Brisbane River. From relaxed morning coffee and breakfast to elegant salads, seafood and charcuterie at lunchtime, the evening offering is rounded out by classic cocktails and an extensive wine list. Introducing Miette Grill. Every Saturday and Sunday in May from 12pm, step out onto the terrace, and you’ll be met with the delectable smoky scent of the grill gently blazing away. It’s through long, sun-kissed weekend afternoons that the Bar Miette team loves to lean into their favourite pastime – the barbecue (and a splash of rosé). 

Over charcoal and alongside the regular Bar Miette menu, the team will be grilling a selection of favourite cuts, fresh seafood and seasonal produce. Swing past for a skewered snack, or order the whole menu for a leisurely meal that can stretch into the evening.
