Located in Canberra’s CBD, Mu Omakase is an omakase (chef’s choice) restaurant unlike any other in the ACT. Forget picking something from the menu; here, the chefs select and serve a seasonal degustation of dishes. The menu is comprised of 11 courses (with the option to add a premium sake pairing) in a tasting menu style that moves from light courses through to richer ones. Each dish is based on the seasons and the quality of ingredients available, with only the freshest and the very best of local ingredients landing on your plate.

Mu Omakase also offers a teishoku (set meal) – a multi-course short menu, designed for more relaxed occasions.
